As Principal of NewRoads Consulting, I serve as a corporate trainer and executive coach. I specialize in 'Emotional Intelligence,' providing coaching and designing workshops that help leaders and intact teams generate individual and social awareness.
With a strong business background in Human Resources and more than 25 years of experience working as a corporate trainer, I bring an informed perspective on human behaviour and its impact on employee engagement levels.
My personal mission is to help organizations create respectful, open and collaborative work environments that motivate and connect employees.
I have a passion for learning and for sharing knowledge. I dedicate time to serve as a course instructor with Saskatchewan Polytechnic, teaching courses on Employee Engagement, Conflict Management and Organizational Change. I'm fortunate to also have the opportunity to facilitate Saskatchewan Polytechnic's 'Service Excellence Program' for employees working for our Saskatchewan Provincial Government.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan, and since 2005, held my designation as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). I am a graduate of the Executive Coaching Program through Royal Roads University, a trained trainer with the 'Coaching Out of the Box' program, and recently became certified as an EQi-2.0 and EQ360 Assessment administrator.
